Who is eligible for Online Banking?
Anyone who is 18 years of age, a customer of Ohio
Heritage Bank, and has an active account, is eligible
for Online Banking. Ohio Heritage Bank offers two
forms of online banking: Heritage Online
– personal accounts and Business Online
Banking – business accounts.
If you would like to be a customer of Ohio Heritage
Bank, please feel free to stop in at any of our
offices: Main Street office, East Pointe office,
Mount Vernon office, or Newark office. We would
love to have you!
How do I enroll?
Individual Customers can enroll online. Customers
can click on the link below and then click on the
"Sign Up for Online Banking" link. Fill
out the enrollment form and submit. In 2-3 business
days you will receive your user ID and password
in the mail along with the Heritage Online User
Guide to get started.


Business Customers will need to call into the main
office at 740-622-8311 to enroll
in Business Online Banking. An individual requesting
Business Online Banking must be an authorized signer
on all accounts and have proof of identification.
A Customer Agreement form will be mailed out to
you. Once the form is signed and returned you will
receive your user ID, password, and Business Online
Banking Guide in the mail within 2-3 business days.

Is Online Banking Free?
Yes! Heritage Online is free. You will be able to check account balances, make loan payments, pay bills, and transfer funds for free.
