Happy New Year……..

Well, we made it through another year-2009. Out with the old and in with the new! I'm sorry this newsletter is a little later than usual…but, with the closing of the Carousel last year, it has been a little more difficult to feature trips that are both classy and doable as a day trip. I believe, though, that I have scheduled some interesting destinations and fun things to do. Again, if you haven't yet traveled with us, why not give us a try this year-I'm confident that you will be glad you did!

Below are a few travel tips to keep in mind:

· Our trips fill quickly so make your reservations early
· Seats are assigned according to reservations
· We travel as "one big happy family" so you won't be alone
· You may invite guests to travel with you
· Trips depart from various locations
· All remittances must be payable to Ohio Heritage Bank unless noted differently for trip
· You can remit in person, by mail, or by calling me to debit your account
· We reserve the right to change or cancel any tour
· Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, refunds will be given only if we can fill your vacancy or if prepaid tickets and admissions can be retrieved
· A trip itinerary will be mailed to you prior to the departure date of all trips

To be sure you have a seat on all our trips…….please, make your reservations early. Our trips fill quickly, and sometimes our tickets are limited, so call me at my direct number 740-610-2017 as soon as possible. If, I am not available to take your call, just leave me a message and I will return your call as soon as I can.

"Ladysmith Black Mambazo"-The Grammy Award winning, South African a cappella singing group that Paul Simon was captivated by over 20 years ago while traveling to South Africa. He was so stirred by the sound of bass, alto and tenor harmonies that he incorporated their traditional sounds into the "Graceland" album, a project regarded by many as seminal to today's explosive interest in World Music. I only have 30 tickets for this great performance. Call me!

"Church Basement Ladies" A celebration of the church basement kitchen and the women who work there. Church Basement Ladies is a new musical comedy that follows four women as they prepare food and solve the problems of a rural Minnesota church in 1964. From the elderly matriarch of the kitchen to the young bride-to-be learning the proper order of things, we see them handle a record-breaking Christmas dinner, the funeral of a dear friend, an Easter fund raiser and a steaming hot July wedding.
